AGE: It's not stated in canon but assuming Cisco was around the same age as Barry at the start of the season, so 25, by season 3 he'd be 27 or 28. I assume 28.

WISH: Cisco's wish is to see his friends again and find a way back to what they once had. The core three - him, Barry and Caitlin. But no Wells, Wells is a mean jerk that killed him. More like Eonerd, amirite?? At his point in canon, Barry is gone and it's possibly a forever type deal, Caitlin took off to find herself and it's only him left standing. He's once again alone and unsure - Cisco doesn't like to be alone. His life, his purpose, his everything is the Flash. No matter what he does or what he's capable of, saving the world by himself as the Vibe or continuing on for his friend, it's not the same as what he once had and that's all he wants in life.

He wants his best friends back. Simple as.

FIT: Cisco is a very warm and loving kind of guy, he just likes people and likes to be with them. He thrives from being with his friends and they're the most important people to him. To Cisco, life is about the people in (and the fun tech toys) and he'd do anything just to be with them.

Cisco isn't perfect, of course, he has some low self esteem and trust issues a mile long thanks to certain people in his life - Dante, Harrison Wells, Jay, Harrison Wells again, Barry - and that does negatively impact him. He's quick to hold grudges and not beyond being petty when wounded or upset but given the right amount of time, he always comes to the best conclusion. He always forgives. Even Barry, even after everything that went down, he was just happy to have his friend back.

There is no better friend than Cisco Ramon, as long as you love him, he'll love you. And text you an inappropriate amount about his day and send all kinds of positive vibes. Plus he's been trying to give positive intimacy energy since he was like fourteen so he's a semi pro at that by now.

Cisco is very respectful of consent, he listens to what people tell him and he tries his best to never wrong the people who trust him. After all, Cisco is all about playing hero and being a good guy, he wants to be that guy that's on the front of the comics and cereal boxes and there's no way to achieve that if you're bouncing negative energy and breaking the law all over the damn place. He knows how to treat people, especially in their most sensitive moments, he's always trying to do right by them. Even when things are falling apart and he's in danger himself. Cisco will always do his best to do right by those he cares about and after all his own personal betrayals and all the people who'd screwed him over, he knows how it feels and he always tries not to follow in their footsteps. The last thing he wants is to hurt those closest to him. Despite how it may seem like he can't take anything seriously, some things he knows to pay attention to.

Cisco has never broken consent in canon or anything even close to it, besides a few minor breaches of trust. He isn't afraid to reveal a secret for someone's safety but it's never for his own gain or for him to exploit. And even if his mouth sometimes runs away with him and he finds himself saying inappropriate or insanely stupid things to the pretty person in the room he can't stop staring at, he'd never cross that line. One day he'll learn to talk to pretty people he likes. One day.

POWERS/ABILITIES: When Cisco's powers first appeared, they mostly took the form of precognitive vision brought on by touching an item, capable of seeing the past or future and see visions of whatever was imprinted on the item. As Cisco's skills slowly improved, he's now capable of dimensional energy manipulation, wherein he has a psychic link to the natural energies of reality, allowing him to connect to the vibrations of the multiverse and manipulate them as follows:


Dimensional awareness: Cisco calls this 'vibing' and what it basically means is that he can percieve various events throughout time and space, seeing the past and future, as well as parallele dimensions. He's even capable of connecting to the speed force. He can regain memories of other timelines, see things from others perspective and can sometimes communicate with the person he's vibing. Sometimes he's even capable of vibing how someone is feeling.

Dimensional travel: Ever played Portal? It's essentially that. Cisco can open portals, travel through them and go to other dimensions. This does, however, require his vibing goggles (aka the visors) that allow him to lock onto the right electromagnetic frequencies that are located in the said diemsnional plane.

Vibration blasts: Pretty much what it says. He's capable of generating a powerful concussive blast of vibrations from his hand that are capable of propelling a fully grown human throgh the air. So yeah. Come at him.
